[BLD16-04524] - Plan modification to re-configure entry by adding an interior nonbearing wall and additional electrical work on the second floor. 2-28-2017 JG. // Permit is to remodel an existing 12,313 sq. ft. 2nd floor tenant space on the north/northeast end section of the building and minor work at the existing 2,252 sq. ft. 1st floor storage warehouse. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a nonrated stairway enclosure at the first floor, new wall in-fill, new door /door frames, millwork, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
