[BLD16-03558] - Fire sprinklers used for high rise. Permit for existing 4,890 sq. ft. tenant to expand to adjacent 2,264 sq. ft. vanilla space, to create a total 7,154 sq. ft. tenant space, this tenant space is on the 9th story of a new high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work is to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create an IT room, (2) meeting rooms, a new conference rooms and an open office area, new door/door frames, interior storefront windows, new acoustic suspended ceiling, new select gypsum soffits, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
