Scope of work includes the erection of a temporary barricade, removal on non-bearing interior partition walls and sheetrock, removal of front facade and store front, interior shelving, fixtures and cabinets. All building sprinkler, alarm and smoke evacuation systems must be maintained throughout the demo and after demo is completed. **NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. DAF**
