[BLD17-00775] - Permit is to remodel an existing 2,231 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select plumbing fixtures, new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (8) offices, a break area, an open office area, a file storage area, (1) conference room, a studio room and a reception area, select door/door frames, select new millwork, new sink, new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new interior window at studio room, relocated light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
