The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of connecting to an existing main and adding protection to a new loading dock. There will be no storage or idle pallets on the loading dock as per the Owner’s Certificate.
[BLD16-0400] – For the construction of a new addition of a loading dock and an additional 1,296 sq. ft. of building area of with work to include building construction and general site work. This is a fully fire sprinklered building. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit ad shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as required by the fire department. CDM
