Work to include demolishing existing and building new interior non-bearing walls to create new offices and conference rooms, new doors, new break room sink and counters, new lighting, new mechanical ducting, and new interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
