[BLD17-00694] - Permit is to remodel an existing 2,100 sq. ft. for retail use. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames, removal of suspended acoustic ceiling, new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a sales area, a storage room, an open storage area, a mechanical room and an accessible restroom to the disabled, a new Hi/Lo accessible drinking fountain, new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new gypsum ceiling, relocation of existing light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
