Work includes demolishing existing and building new interior non-bearing walls, new doors, and new interior finishes to match existing and to comply with requirements of 2012 IBC Chapter 8. SEPARATE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FINISH/OCCUPY THE TWO FUTURE TENANT SPACES. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
