[BLD17-00840] - Permit is to subdivide existing 8,039 sf office space into 4,137 sf office space for new tenant, Co-sales (Suite 201), and add new entries for two future tenant spaces (Suites 218 and 219). Work includes demolishing existing and building new interior non-bearing walls, new doors, and new interior finishes to match existing and to comply with requirements of 2012 IBC Chapter 8.
