This scope of work is to replace the existing fire alarm system with new in the existing 4-story building. The addressable manual system will include elevator recall functions, magnetic door release upon local smoke detector, HVAC shutdown, Sprinkler system monitoring, and full audible/visual notification. This project does not appear to be associated with a building permit. 1-12-18 plan modification for added detectors at elevator lobbies, relocated some notification devices and added door holders and smoke detectors.
