[BLD17-01858] - Permit is to remodel an existing 1,178 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, removal of select millwork, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, removal of light fixtures, construction of select interior walls and wall infill to create a storage room, a server room, a conference/lab/break room and a new accessible restroom to the disabled, new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new gypsum ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
