Work to include demolition of existing walls; relocating doors, lighting, and HVAC grilles; new ceiling; new main entry door; and new finishes. Finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Refer to mechanical plan and letter from BLD16-00173 for pervious alterations to the existing smoke control system. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
