Work is to include an interior concrete slab on grade, a tenant demising wall, interior nonbearing walls, two restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, counters, food preparation equipment, tables, chairs, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
