TVFP WILL ADD SPRINKLERS THROUGHOUT THE TI SPACE PER NFPA 13 2013 FOR LIGHT AND ORDINARY HAZARD. HEADS WILL BE ADDED OFF OF EXISTING PLUGGED TEES OR SNAP-O-LETS OFF OF EXISTING LINES. ALL OTHER EXISTING HEADS, LINES, MAINS, HANGERS AND EQ BRACING TO REMAIN IN PLACE.


[BLD17-00962] - Permit is to build out a new 5,504 sq. ft. restaurant in a new shell space constructed under BLD17-00012. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Note: site work and envelope including HVAC units and exterior lighting was approved with the shell permit. Work to include: new electrical, new interior lighting, new mechanical, new non-bearing interior walls, new kitchen equipment, new restrooms, and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
