[BLD17-00729] - Permit to construct a new 5,593 sq., ft. assembly restaurant building and related site improvements. Scope of work includes: construction of footing foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, construction of wood stud framed exterior envelope walls, truss roof construction, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create lobby area, dining areas, bar area, commercial kitchen, walk-in cooler, office, mechanical room, storage closets and men’s and woman’s restrooms accessible to the disabled, new windows and accessible doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
