[BLD17-01359] - Permit is to remodel an existing 1,960 sq. ft. office space within the first floor area. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior windows, construction of select interior non-bearing steel stud wall to create (9) offices, an open office area and a waiting area, new door/door frames, new acoustic ceiling panels, relocation of existing lighting fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
