THE OWNER IS ADDING WALLS FROM ON TOP OF THE EXISTING COOLER UP TO THE ROOF DECK ABOVE. TVFP SCOPE OW WORK IS TO ADD UPRIGHT PROTECTION AROUND THESE NEW WALLS AS SHOWN ON OUR PLANS

[BLD17-02133] - Permit is to remodel an existing 21,101 sq. ft. retail grocery store. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new construction of interior non-bearing walls to close off the area above the existing walk-in coolers and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
