[BLD17-02336] - Permit is to expand an existing 2,000 sq. ft. tenant space into the adjacent 1,258 square feet tenant space creating a new 3,258 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of select new interior nonbearing walls to create (2) parts storage, an entry area and an office, select new door/door frames, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
