Permit is to remodel an existing 4,845 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room, a break room, a reception area and an open proposal area, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows at the shipping area, select new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
