The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a four level motel with and attic. The piping is predominately CPVC with residential sprinklers. There are Light and Ordinary Hazard areas on the first level. The attic and porte cochere are protected with dry system. There are two wet standpipes. One of the standpipes has floor control valve assemblies.

For the construction of a new 108 room 4 story wood framed hotel with work to include general site work and utilities. The first story is 15,970 sq. ft. consists of 12 sleeping rooms, a pool, general off, laundry room, lobby and a breakfast area and the 900 sq. ft. porte cochere, the remaining 3 stories are 15,114 sq. ft. each with 32 sleeping units on the 2nd and 3rd stories and 33 units on the 4th story. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system for area increase

Inspection was for the 4th floor wet and dry system. For cover approval of the wet system I need tenting done and all drops sidewalls installed (need approval for exposed cpvc piping in chases). For cover approval of the dry system I need resubmittals due to additional fittings and pipe routing, need data sheet for the Concealed Space Heads because they may be mounted too low, need the longitudinal bracing installed as discussed.
