The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To combine two tenant spaces on the 1st story to create a 4,415 square foot medical office tenant space. Patients are not expected to be rendered incapable of self-preservation. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, an exterior store front door with sidelight, millwork, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including the installation of quick-response fire sprinkler heads within this tenant space) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
