Interior tenant improvement for an existing 1,436 sq. ft. tenant space to conver the space into a daycare facillity for a maximum 34 children between the ages of 3 and 12 with work to include the removal of interior nonbearing partition walls, suspended ceiling and lighting and the construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create a new accessible restroom, vestibule and janitors closet. A new mop sink and accessible hi-low drinking fountain will also be installed. All work per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered and alarmed for high rise provisions. Any alteration to the sprinklers system shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department.CDM
