Permit is to remodel approx. 796 sq. ft. within an existing 11,992 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a break room, a conference room and a huddle room, select new door/door frame, millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. NOTE: This building is partially sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
