The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of Suite 120. Existing LH office changed to Showroom OH2. Relocate 15 SSP and loop main for new hydraulic calculations

Permit to remodel an existing 15,240 sq ft office and warehouse space. Work includes demolishing interior non-bearing partition walls; new openings for interior doors and windows between warehouse and office/retail area; relocating a mop sink; new hi/low drinking fountain; and new interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
