INSTALL 1 NEW SPRINKLER HEAD OFF OF THE EXISTING 1 1/2" WET PIPE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN THE TI SPACE PER NFPA 13 2013 FOR ORDINARY HAZARD. ORIGINAL SPRINKLER WAS SPACED 9' OFF THE WALL FOR LIGHT HAZARD SPACING. THE ROOM IS A LAUNDRY ROOM AND IS ORDINARY HAZARD. THE REST OF THE BUILDING/TENANT SPACE WAS PREVIOUSLY PROTECT AND TO REMAIN IN PLACE.

This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 9,489 sq. ft. hairdressing salon/college space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select walls, removal of select millwork, relocation of select floor drains, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a hall leading to existing storage area and a break kitchenette, select new door/door frame, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
