The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and to comply with high-rise requirements. To construct interior tenant improvements for a restaurant tenant within an 834 square foot space (275 square foot dining room and 543 square foot kitchen) located on the 1st story of a new high-rise building. A 180 square foot fenced exterior dining area will also be created. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior finishes, kitchen equipment, and millwork. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This tenant space has access to core restrooms that serve multiple tenants. Such access is required at all times this tenant space is occupied. The 2-hr fire-resistance-rating of the floor is required to be maintained at floor sink penetrations. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
