The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of changing the existing riser including the backflow preventer from 4” to 6”, run a new 6” main front the riser to Fleetpride tenant space, reduce to 4” mains creating a compound grid system. The revised system will me a design criterion of .495/2000 + 500. This design criterion is as specified by Greg Jones, P.E. project engineer.

Permit to remodel an existing 15,240 sq ft office and warehouse space. Work includes demolishing interior non-bearing partition walls; new openings for interior doors and windows between warehouse and office/retail area; relocating a mop sink; new hi/low drinking fountain; and new interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
