Permit is to expand an existing 1,892 sq. ft. tenant space into the adjacent 1,833 sq. ft. tenant space creating a new 3,725 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (9) offices, select new door/door frames, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
