Permit is to remodel an existing 22,683 sq. ft. retail space in an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior storefront glazing, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select acoustic ceiling, removal of select roof assembly for new mechanical rooftop curbs, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a kitchen and prep areas, select ne door/door frames, select new acoustic ceiling, relocate light fixtures, millwork, (2) walk-in coolers, (2) type 1 hoods, (1) rooftop MAU, rooftop exhaust fans, concrete slab work for new underground plumbing, electrical work. Plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Rough-in passed. Piping can be covered. I noted that at the south end of the new coolers it appears the pendant heads will be overspaced off of the cooler walls. I also noted pendant heads overspaced out side of the scope of work near the south end of the tenant space.
