Permit is to remodel an existing 4,156 sq. ft. retail tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 1,642 sq. ft. and the remaining 2,514 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD17-04211. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to demise the two spaces, create a demising wall between the show room and practice area, create a storage room, and an accessible restroom for the disabled, new door/door frames, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
