Shilo, again, scheduled the wrong permit. This underground permit is scheduled, for a rough-in and a overhead hydro. The correct permit to be scheduled should be for the overhead piping. I went to the project anyway and found un-insppected piping covered with insulation and the dry wall contractor covering sprinkler piping as I watched. I asked him to stop and he told me go talk to Pat. I stopped the inspection until all piping is exposed.

Contractyor called wrong permit in for inspection. I left message on the contacts voice mail at 11:30 that I wopuld be there in half an hour but when I arrived no one was there. I placed another phone call and spoke to the contact and he stated that he did not possess the updated drawings and that he would reschedule for tomorrow morning.
