Permit is to remodel an existing 1,860 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (3) offices, new door/door frames, new furred out walls, new acoustic suspended ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
