Permit is to remodel an existing 2,685 sq. ft. vanilla business space created under BLD17-00449 on the second floor of the exiting building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (4) offices, a copy room, a conference room and a break room, select new door/door frame, millwork, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
