Center restroom TI scope of work to add (2) sprinklers to accommodate new walls, all wall to extend to ceiling, no work to be above ceiling. All mains and branch lines piping to remain.

(FMRI) Permit is to remodel approx. 1,485 sq. ft. within existing 12,864 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select nonbearing walls, select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select showers, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a hallway, creating a non-accessible restroom and remodel (3) restrooms to create (3) accessible restrooms to the disabled, new door/door frames, millwork, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
