The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of first time tenant improvement. The space is predominantly office use. The warehouse space is protected with the existing ESFR sprinklers. New EC 20’x20’ and standard sprinklers will be used to protect the space. The existing system is a 6”x4”x2” grid.
? The existing shell system is protected with ESFR sprinklers which are to remain. The new TI involves a suspended ceiling and new HVAC. In the future, before the shell protection may be utilized once again, all of the new HVAC and ceiling must be completely removed.
• The existing underground was installed under FIR17-00643
• The existing system and the 500 gpm @ 50 psi fire pump was installed under FIR18-00051

20,000 sf tenant improvement for office and a small warehouse space. - Permit for a 1st time tenant within an existing 20,000 sq.ft. warehouse/office space. The new use will be primarily offices and warehouse use. This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered and includes a fire alarm system. Separate fire sprinkler and alarm permits will be required for the necessary fire protection system modifications; as regulated by the Fire Department. Any high piled combustible storage shall comply with chapter 32 of the Fire Code and be approved under a separate permit. SJA
