The fire sprinkler system substitutes for 1-hr fireresistance-rated construction. Permit is to expand an existing 5,559 sq. ft. tenant into the adjacent 5,276 sq. ft. tenant space creating a new 10,835 sq. ft. tenant office space within the third floor of the existing building. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork and relocate, construction of select new nonbearing interior walls to create (3) offices and reduce the size of (1) existing office, a conference room, a closet, open office area and a break room, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, millwork, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
