The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting below a new mezzanine. Install 86 SSU and new OH2 wet system w/ floor control. In addition, add & relocate 7 SSU for new elevator/stair walls at the existing roof system.

Plan modification to alter stair width, change the 1st floor lobby layout, added a door at 1st floor lobby, relocate the elevator, relocate the elevator roof penthouse and remove opening on the second floor to add approx. 108 sq. ft. to the second floor. 2-15-2018 JG// NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 14,153 sq. ft. building by adding 8,310 sq. ft. second floor. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new 5’ wide concrete walkway from rear exterior exit landing to the existing sidewalk, new engineered upper second floor decking, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a lobby area, an elevator shaft and stairway walls, new interior elevator, new interior exit stairway, new exterior exit stairway, new exterior door opening, new elevator, new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: Minimum number of required plumbing fixture and area of refuge to be addressed when future new tenant occupies the second floor, see attached document in Tidemark. JG
