Permit is to remodel within an existing 53,667 sq. ft. store. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select refrigerated cases, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select millwork, removal of select interior storefront, removal of select interior concrete cart curb, relocation of select vendor equipment, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a new cart storage area and a drive up & go area, select new sliding door/door frame, select new millwork, select new or relocated refrigerated cases, new cart curb, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
