Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create an office, (2) conference rooms, a breakroom, a reception area and an open office area, new millwork, select suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
