Permit is to remodel an existing 350 sq. ft. area within the ground floor of the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select light fixtures, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an open waiting room, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
