Permit is to combine an existing tenant space with the adjacent tenant space that was last occupied under BLD03-01657 and BLD04-01847 to create a new tenant space that is 9,166 sq. ft. (4,777 sq. ft. main floor + 3,550 sq. ft. basement + 839 sq. ft. crawl space). This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: removal of select nonbearing walls on the main floor, new nonbearing wall construction at basements to separate the usable basement areas and the crawl space areas and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: there is an approved code modification letter in the small documents attached for the basement area. This building is Fire sprinklered in the basement only. **JG**
