Fire sprinklers used for high rise. Permit is to create a 2,848 sq. ft. office tenant space on the 14th story of a new high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (7) offices, open office areas, a conference room, a print room and a break room, new door/doorframes, new interior storefront windows, millwork, suspended acoustical ceilings, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
