Permit is to remodel an existing 1,252 sq. ft. hair salon. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select wall, removal of select false column, select removal and new millwork, adding grab bars to the existing restroom, reconfigure salon station layout, plumbing work, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
