The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To construct improvements within and existing 10,162 square foot shell tenant space. This shell tenant space was constructed under permit BLD17-02817 when the 51,402 square foot building shell was constructed. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors and windows, an insulated ceiling above the office area, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, and finishes. A steel frame supported by the existing roof joists will be provided to support the new roof top HVAC unit. Special Inspection is required for welding. A separate permit is required for racking over 8 feet tall. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
