Demolish existing wall and create new corridor to elevator lobby and create two new tenant spaces with new front entry areas. The elevator lobby is rated and any doors thatopen into the lobby are required to commpy as corridor doors and the walls that separate the lobby are required to be an minimum of 1 hour rated walls. This building is fully fire sprinlered ans alarmed for high rise provisions. Any alterations to the sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department.
