(Vanilla - SUITE #100 - EMERALD TECH CENTER - BLDG #10) (2 PERMITS FILLED UNDER BLD18-00711 IN EPLANREVIEW) Permit is to remodel an existing 10,752 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this unoccupied tenant space is to be 4,996 sq. ft. and the remaining 5,756 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD18-00711. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a tenant demising wall, and select wall infill, new door/door frames, new window wall system and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
