Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 4,915 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the removal of interior nonbearing partition walls, construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create 8 new private office spaces and an open office area for cubicles. Four new doors will be installed in the existing hallway. All finishes to comly with chapter 8 of the IBC. All work per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
