Permit for interior tenant improvements to an existing 5,696 sq. ft. building for new use as a therapy and exercise center for special needs children. This building has not been approved as a child daycare. Work to include demo of existing interior nonbearing partition walls, new interior nonbearing partition walls, doors, restrooms and shower, laundry, cabinets, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work, new interior finishes in compliance with 2015 IBC Ch. 8. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
