This project consists of a reconfiguration of an existing office space and existing storage room space to be used for patient record storage. Work to include, upgrade existing restroom to make accessible, installation of new suspended ceiling system and lighting, demolition of non-bearing partitions, installation of non-combustible partitions to create breakroom, individual office areas, & storage area. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alteration or modification to the sprinkler system will require separate permits. Rmh
