Attach to the existing 1½" sprinkler lines and drop down next to the mezzanine with 2 1½ lines. Then, punch through the TJIs and install heads per NFPA 13, adequately protecting the new office spaces and stairs.

The fire sprinkler system is used to allow a tenant space with an R Occupancy in this building. Permit is to remodel an existing 2,432 sq. ft. tenant space within an existing building for office/warehouse. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: construction of interior bearing walls and floors/ceiling to create a 424 sq. ft. storage mezzanine, a main level office and reception area, a new stairway, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows, select new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Rough-in passed. Piping can be covered. I noted that one piece of pipe labeled to be 1 1/2" in size has been installed as 1". This will need approval and changed/re-inspected if not approved.
