Permit is to remodel an existing 14,984 sq. ft. retail tenant space for a grocery market use. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal and relocation of Hi/Lo drinking fountain, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of approximately 411 sq. ft. interior concrete slab, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a meat processing room and a telephone room, select wall infill, select door/door frames, new plumbing fixtures, new walk-in cooler, new walk-in freezer, new refrigerated cases, new rooftop condensing units with structural modification to select existing roof joist for support of new rooftop condensing units see attached engineering, select new exterior entry storefront, select new rear exterior concrete ramp, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
